What do you need?
- 165 grams of chocolate
- 10 grams of vanilla flavoured sugar
- 115 grams of fine sugar
- 125 grams of butter
- 125 grams of flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 spoons of milk
- a lot of bowls
- a mixer
- a cupcake tin holder
- an oven
- a microwave or a cooker
- cupcake tins
If you like, you can add a few slieces of banana or a few drops of freshly pressed orange juice.
How do you make it?
2. Melt the chocolate either bain marie*, either 3 minutes at 650 Watt in the microwave.
3. Put the butter in a bowl.
4. Add the vanilla flavoured sugar and the fine sugar.
5. Mix everything untill you get a fluffy mixture.
6. Add 1 egg.
7. Mix everything.
8. Add the second egg.
9. Mix everthing real good.
10. Add the flour.
11. Mix untill the flour has disappeared.
12. Add the melted chocolate.
13. Mix untill the whole mixture has one colour.
14. Add a few slieces of banana or a few drops of freshly pressed orange juice, if you like. How much you put in it, depends on your taste: the more you add, the more banana or orange flavoured your cupcakes get.
15. Mix everything.
16. Add 2 spoons of milk.
17. Mix another 3 minutes.
18. Fill the cupcake tins 3/4.
19. Put the cupcakes in a cupcake tin holder.
20. Put everything in the oven.
21. Bake 15-20 minutes in an at 170° Celsius preheated oven.
22. Let the cupcakes cool.
Decorating time! ^w^
*NOTE: "Bain marie": Fill a bowl with water. Put another bowl with the chocolate on top of it. Heat the water in the bowl below. The steam will make the chocolate melt.
